1. About these terms
These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and Vitrine Works for services purchased from Vitrine Works, including purchases completed through a third-party payment platform. “You” means the customer identified at checkout. Questions can be sent to hello@vitrineworks.com.
By completing checkout, you confirm that you can enter this agreement for yourself or the business you represent and that you have reviewed the product description, price, delivery terms, and these terms.
2. The service
Vitrine Works provides a website-generation and launch service delivered entirely online. The selected product controls the page limit or planning scope, features, support level, one-time price, and delivery window. The current package descriptions are published in the storefront.
Unless the product page says otherwise, the one-time launch service includes:
- review of the customer’s listing and completed intake;
- website structure, design, and initial content composition within the selected page limit;
- a private browser-based working preview;
- one consolidated revision round submitted within the review window;
- responsive implementation, launch configuration, and the agreed digital handoff; and
- email support during delivery.
Work outside the published scope requires written agreement and may carry an additional fee. Paid third-party services, new brand identity, custom photography, legal or regulatory review, complex e-commerce, and unlisted integrations are not included unless the product page expressly includes them.
3. Ordering, price, and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable tax and the final charged amount are shown at checkout. Every product currently shown in the storefront is a one-time online service. Paying for one product does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize future charges.
Your payment provider may apply additional platform terms to payment processing, receipts, taxes, and the payment account. Those platform terms do not change the scope Vitrine Works promises to deliver. A future recurring product, if offered, requires its own clearly labeled checkout and separate authorization.
4. Intake and customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely:
- order identifier and the contact email used for the purchase;
- business listing, preferred domain, business details, services, hours, and primary website goal;
- content, images, brand materials, approvals, and account access reasonably needed for the scope;
- confirmation that you own or have permission to use everything you supply; and
- feedback and approvals from a person authorized to act for the customer.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, health records, or other sensitive personal information by email. Where account access is required, use delegated or temporary access where the service supports it. Customer delay, missing access, or a material scope change pauses the delivery window.
5. Delivery and acceptance
The purchased service will be delivered within the window stated on its product page after both payment and complete intake. Delivery occurs when Vitrine Works sends the promised document, working website, completed add-on result, or launch-ready preview and the agreed access or handoff instructions to the purchase email. Full details are on the Service Delivery page.
You should submit one consolidated list of in-scope revisions within five calendar days of delivery. If you do not respond within that period, the delivered site is treated as accepted for scheduling purposes. A later defect that prevents a published feature from working remains eligible for correction.
6. Add-ons and future recurring services
Add-ons are separate one-time services and require an existing or simultaneously purchased website where the product description says so. Compatibility, required account access, and any dependency on a third-party service must be confirmed before production starts.
No recurring service is included in the current one-time storefront prices. If Vitrine Works later offers hosting, care, or another recurring product, its price, billing interval, cancellation method, and included service will be stated in a separate checkout. Third-party services billed directly to you remain your responsibility.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility, missed-delivery protection, exclusions, and the request process are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable consumer right under applicable law.
8. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content and brand materials you supply. Once all amounts for the launch service are paid, you may use the customer-specific website output for your business without a time limit. Where the package promises source handoff, Vitrine Works will provide the customer-specific source or an export in a reasonable format.
Vitrine Works retains ownership of its pre-existing generation engine, editorial systems, reusable code, internal tools, know-how, and generic components. You receive the rights needed to operate the delivered site, but not the right to resell or extract those underlying systems as a competing product. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
9. Domains and third-party services
We aim to register or transfer the domain into the customer’s control where possible. Domain registrars, hosting infrastructure, messaging providers, calendars, analytics, payment platforms, and other integrations are independent services. Their availability, policies, charges, and account rules can change. We are not responsible for an interruption caused solely by a third-party service outside our control, but we will provide reasonable assistance within the purchased support scope.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the service or delivered website for illegal activity, fraud, malware, credential theft, unlawful discrimination, non-consensual data collection, intellectual-property infringement, or content prohibited by the payment or hosting providers used for the project. We may pause work or hosting when reasonably necessary to address unlawful or harmful use.
11. Service standard and limitation
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and will correct reproducible defects in the delivered scope. Search ranking, sales, bookings, traffic, and uninterrupted third-party availability are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Vitrine Works’ total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Vitrine Works for the affected service during the three months before the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented at checkout applies to that order unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you. For support, notices, cancellation, or a complaint, email hello@vitrineworks.com.
